Dance Movement

Exercising to music and learning to move with ease and grace is a great way to improve your fitness.

Whether you are working to the latest hits, jazz, tango or classical music you will be:

  • Building strength and suppleness
  • Increasing your agility
  • Improving posture and balance

Improved agility helps to avoid falls. Weight bearing exercise is recommended to help prevent osteoporosis.

This friendly class is adaptable for all levels. Beginners are very welcome.
